How do I place my first laundry order?
Simply call us, send a WhatsApp message, or book online. Our rider will collect your clothes from your home or office at your preferred time.
Do you provide free pickup and delivery in Lahore?
Yes, we offer free pickup and delivery in selected areas of Lahore. Delivery charges may apply for locations outside our service area.
How long does laundry service take?
Most regular laundry orders are completed within 24 to 48 hours. Express service is also available for urgent requirements.
Can I add more clothes when the rider arrives?
Yes. You can add extra items during pickup, and your final bill will be updated accordingly.
Do you wash clothes separately?
Yes. We separate white, colored, and delicate garments to prevent color transfer and protect fabric quality.
Can you remove difficult stains?
We use professional stain removal techniques for tea, curry, oil, makeup, and other common stains. While most stains can be treated, complete removal depends on the fabric and how long the stain has been there.
Do you clean branded and designer clothes?
Yes. We carefully clean branded suits, dresses, abayas, coats, and other delicate garments according to their care instructions.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay with cash, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa, or other available digital payment methods.

Which clothes should be dry cleaned?
We recommend dry cleaning for suits, blazers, coats, silk dresses, wool garments, shawls, and clothes with delicate embroidery.
Will dry cleaning damage my clothes?
No. We use professional dry cleaning methods that help protect fabric, color, and garment shape while removing dirt and stains.
Do you clean wedding dresses and formal wear?
Yes. We provide special care for bridal dresses, sherwanis, lehengas, evening gowns, and other premium formal wear.
Wash, Dry & Fold
Do you use separate washing for each customer's clothes?
Yes. Customer orders are processed separately to maintain hygiene and avoid mixing with other laundry.
What detergent and softener do you use?
We use high-quality detergents and fabric softeners that are safe for most fabrics. If you have allergies or special instructions, please let us know.
Are clothes ironed before delivery?
Yes. Clothes are neatly folded or professionally ironed, depending on the service you choose, and delivered in clean packaging.
